NonPublic was born out of a simple idea: investing should be smarter, more collaborative, and more accessible for those who know the game.
What began as a private syndicate led by CEO & Co-Founder Milan Reinartz — pooling capital among fellow founders and seasoned investors — quickly became one of Southeast Asia’s most active angel networks.
Following early traction and a growing appetite for high-quality, vetted deal flow, NonPublic officially launched in 2023 as a locally incorporated and ASIC-regulated entity.
This marked the start of our mission to modernise private investing across the Asia-Pacific region — with a platform purpose-built for the next generation of investors.
